After purchase, your concierge will reach out to coordinate timing, confirm service details, and connect the right provider.
What if I need more than one service? ▾
No problem. Your Handle Concierge can coordinate multiple services, appointments, and vendors for you.
Are the vendors vetted? ▾
Yes. Handle works with trusted providers and monitors quality across the service experience.
Are your service providers licensed and insured? ▾
When applicable, yes. We carefully vet providers in our network and partner with professionals who meet our quality standards.
What if I'm not home during service? ▾
Depending on the service, you may not need to be home. Your Handle Concierge will coordinate everything with you in advance.
What payment methods do you accept? ▾
We accept all major credit and debit cards, and membership payments are securely processed through our online platform.
